I had a wonderful stay at a charming, cozy hotel. the staff were mostly friendly and went out of their way to help, even giving us rides to different places. They also let us borrow bikes for free so we could explore the beautiful river nearby. the dinner was absolutely delicious, and the rooftop private onsen was truly amazing. the rooms were comfortable, with cozy futons, and the bathroom had good water pressure. I also got a great deal on the room rate.

One staff member didn't seem to like us very much.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. They even offered to drive me to various places, which was a wonderful bonus. I also enjoyed borrowing their free bikes and taking a leisurely ride along the beautiful river. The dinner provided was absolutely delicious and there was an abundance of food. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop private onsen, which offered breathtaking views and a truly relaxing experience. The rooms were comfortable and the futons provided a good night's sleep. I couldn't have asked for a better deal.

Nothing to fault.

We enjoyed free bike rentals and had a great time cycling along the river. The dinner served was delicious, and we had an amazing experience enjoying the private onsen on the rooftop. The location was perfect and offered easy access to nearby attractions and local shops.

The poor water pressure in our shower. It was almost nonexistent.

the staff's friendliness was truly exceptional. They took us to various places, including a nearby onsen. We loved that we could borrow bikes and explore the beautiful nearby river. the dinner was unbelievably delicious and abundant, and the private rooftop onsen was out of this world! We couldn't get enough of its calming and breathtaking sunset views.

There were two minor issues. the water pressure in the shower wasn't great in our room, but it was better in the onsen areas.
